Since joining Bucks County Bank in February of 2008, Rick has done an outstanding job of leading the Retail team in achieving growth goals and expanding the Bank’s customer relationships. He is an active member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of directors of Tabor Home Services in Doylestown and is active in several other community organizations.

DOWNES APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT MANAGER OF DOYLESTOWN OFFICE
Bucks County Bank President and CEO John D. Harding announced that John Downes has joined the Bank as the Manager of their Doylestown Office, where he will lead efforts for new business development. Mr. Downes has over 30 years of experience in Commercial Banking, most recently with a large regional bank. “We are tremendously happy to have John on board”, Harding said.

BUCKS COUNTY BANK OPENS NEW LEVITTOWN OFFICE
Bucks County Bank recently opened their new Levittown Office located at 7203 New Falls Road (Five Points). The 3700 square foot facility is the fourth branch location opened by the Bank since its inception in 2004.
John Harding, Chairman, President & CEO, stated, “We are delighted to be opening this office to serve our commercial and retail customers as we expand our Lower Bucks presence. Several members of the bank’s senior management team, as well as Board Members, grew up in this community. We recognize the many opportunities that are available to assist small businesses and consumers with their banking needs.”

BUCK COUNTY BANK GRAND OPENING
Bucks County Bank recently celebrated the grand opening of its newly constructed Doylestown Branch Office and Corporate Headquarters with a grand gala reception. Over 150 guests shared in the festivities, which were kicked off with a ribbon cutting and tours of the new building.
Bucks County Bank is a locally owned and operated full-service Commercial Bank headquartered in Doylestown. This is the third branch office that Bucks County Bank has opened since commencing business in August of 2004. In addition to this Doylestown branch, the Bank has branches in Bensalem and Warminster. John Harding, President, stated “We are delighted to finally be open in Doylestown where the Bank’s senior officers and directors have so many contacts.” Mr. Harding also indicated that as of the end of May, the Doylestown branch had over 30 million dollars in deposits.
